Unearthing the Unmined
The color themes of Halo65 HE are not only meant to complement its metallic frame, but also to highlight its lighting effects. We found no better candidate than our EM Lab keycap set. Electro, mesmerizing... the backlights glowing underneath the orange dye-sub surface and through the transparent keycaps project an aura of energy that motivates you and gets you ready for action.
UNMATCHED PERFORMANCE
Instinct as Instant
Switches are only half the story, and every component in the signal path from the switches must reliably operate at even higher speeds to unleash their full potential. The demands are shocking, and so are the hardware specifications: 144MHz MCU main frequency, 8000Hz polling rate, total latency from key activation to registration is only 0.25 milliseconds... Through their incredible skills, our engineering team accomplished this feat.
0.1mm actuation point. Magnetic switches eliminate debounce latency and shorten the actuation distance from 2.0 mm (red mechanical switches) and 1.1 mm (silver mechanical switches) to just 0.1 mm. With no metallic contacts, they offer smoother performance and 50% to 100% longer lifespan than traditional mechanical switches.
0.25ms latency, 8000Hz polling rate. All 8000Hz of back-and-forth polling require a big, bad MCU to handle, and our Nu1 is the chip for the job. It’s clocked at 144MHz, supports USB 2.0 data transfer, and 512kb of flash memory. In real-world testing, it was able to cut total latency down to 0.25ms, a 100% improvement across the board compared to the best 8000Hz performance offered by our rivals.
Don't bump into each other during the race. The race to reduce latency began with the generation of transverse voltages in Hall effect sensors, which are individually encapsulated and powered by LEDs, maintaining their sensitivity even with maximum RGB effects. A similar arrangement at the end of the signal journey ensures the MCU handles the signal's arrival at full throttle, utilizing self-developed filtering algorithms to pick up signals with industry-leading precision and speed.

Ultra-low latency is just one of many benefits magnetic switches bring to gamers. The real game-changer is Rapid Trigger and ever-expanding functions. In addition to the commonly used Rapid Trigger (RT), Rapid Shift (RS), SOCD, KDS/MT/TGL, we are also introducing the new Hyper Tap (HT). All these provide an asymmetric advantage to magnetic switch keyboard users, an advantage that will only expand as the community grows.
Precise Actuation
0.1 millimeters, 4.0 millimeters, or exactly 0.10 inches... With both high dynamic range and travel resolution, Halo65 HE can support you whether you want to be the fastest gun in the West or sync spell cooldown timers to a particular rhythm.
Rapid Trigger
Ready to take the next step before the first shot hits the enemy? With just 0.01mm of travel, your trusty companion instantly repeats the command. In Rapid Trigger mode, the Halo65 HE can even handle the most complex operations seamlessly and effortlessly, as if it were an extension of your nervous system. The new Pro feature allows you to perform two different actions with a single press and release.
Hyper Tap
When a key is released and the Reset value set in RT is triggered, another key value is automatically triggered. For example, if the A key is lightly pressed and Reset is triggered, the function will immediately activate D.
Dynamic Keystroke
High precision and minimized errors also enable true analog input, as you can now pack the recorded amount of information and up to 4 actions at once. Combos, spell casts, macros... they can all become chords in the music that follows your fingers, and you can decide their rhythm – choose 2 positions out of 40 for downward movement, and another 2 for upward movement.
WEB DRIVER
At your fingertips
Setup and parameter editing are crucial for the user experience of magnetic switch keyboards. With a new interactive design approach, NuPhyIO aims to make this tedious task easier for both casual and experienced users. Every parameter affecting system performance is adjustable, and these adjustments are instantly visible in the UI as they take effect, such as the rapid trigger/sensitivity annotations for each key on the keyboard preview.

Introducing Rapid Switch. A thorough overhaul of the modes on earlier NuPhy keyboards, offering integration and organization of all data relevant to user roles, such as layers, lighting, travel distance, and sensitivity. You can set different modes for different operating systems or different games, and all of them can be selected with the redesigned RapidSwitch. No more superheroic efforts needed for superhuman APMs.
Seeing is believing. Tricky technical concepts like dead zones and resolution can for the first time be configured visually and with animation. You can adjust them in real-time and perceive the difference with your fingers and eyes, along with a host of other parameters. Equally actionable and visual are layers, the fundamental unit of layout editing in modern keyboard configurators, with support for up to 12 layers, 4 per mode.

It's just two Boron, an aluminum plate in between, and a silicon damper sheet. Magnetic switches process your inputs at lightning speed, and so do all other components in the Halo65 HE signal path.
