Home Made Furniture Warranty Policy

Home Made is committed to providing you with quality furniture products. All furniture products purchased from Home Made come with a 7-day free structural warranty and a 1-year quality warranty, calculated from the date of delivery.

A. 7-Day Free Structural Warranty Terms & Conditions

The 7-day free structural warranty only applies to furniture products that are unusable due to structural damage. Non-structural issues will be covered by a 1-year quality warranty (see "1-Year Quality Warranty Terms & Conditions" for details).

Customers must apply for the free structural warranty within 7 days of signing for receipt, and first pay $380 for the technician's on-site inspection fee or repair parts cost. Upon receiving the application, Home Made will arrange for staff to conduct an on-site inspection and will have the sole discretion to determine whether the item falls within the warranty scope. If confirmed to be within the warranty scope, we will provide free repair services and refund the inspection or repair fees paid.

Customers must provide the invoice and delivery date confirmation for customer service to verify.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the product condition upon signing for receipt; no returns or exchanges will be accepted after the item has been signed for.

The 7-day free structural warranty does not apply to the following situations:

  • All smart home devices, home appliances, household items (please refer to the product page for warranty terms);
  • Special offer items or display items;
  • Damage caused by improper storage, assembly or use, misuse, or altered purpose;
  • Natural wood grain;
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, cuts, improper use, or accidental damage;
  • Damage caused by external factors such as exposure to sunlight, humidity, dust, dust mites, etc.;
  • Damage caused by natural disasters or force majeure;
  • Products installed, disassembled, or repaired by non-Home Made authorized personnel;
  • Damage to products due to improper installation or storage, or being placed outdoors or in a humid environment;
  • Products not maintained according to guidelines;
  • Subjective requirements for personal comfort and smell;
  • Products used for commercial purposes;
  • Products shipped outside Hong Kong.

In case of any dispute, Home Made reserves the right of final decision.
