During delivery and receipt, customers are responsible for properly protecting other furniture, floors, walls, decorations, and belongings in their homes. Home Made will not be responsible for any damages incurred.
For safety reasons, we recommend wall-mounting some products (please refer to the product page for details), but Home Made does not provide wall installation or furniture disposal services. If such services are required, customers should contact an installer to arrange them independently. The customer will be responsible for any damage (such as damage to walls or furniture) that occurs during the installation process. If the customer chooses not to secure the product to the wall, the customer assumes all risks associated with any subsequent safety issues, and Home Made will not be liable.
Product designs may be adjusted based on actual conditions, so the actual dimensions may vary slightly from expectations. Images are for reference only, and product colors may differ due to variations in ambient lighting. The final color and dimensions are subject to the actual product.
Customers must ensure that products are used for their intended purpose and handled with care during use and operation. The customer expressly agrees that Home Made is not responsible for the accuracy of any advice or product information, and Home Made is not liable if such information is incorrect. The customer assumes full risk of use upon receipt of the product.
Any failure or delay by Home Made to exercise any right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies.
Home Made will not be responsible or liable for any delays or failure to fulfill the contract due to force majeure events (such as war, natural disasters, riots, government policies, industrial disputes, fires, explosions, etc.).
In the event of any dispute, Home Made reserves the right to final interpretation and decision.
