The V3 Max is a QMK custom mechanical keyboard with 2.4 GHz wireless and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. It features a classic TKL layout and offers a gasket-mounted design, sound-absorbing foam, double-shot PBT keycaps, and more. The V3 Max is designed to provide a personalized experience and enhanced typing comfort.

All-Around Customizable Keyboard
To build a fully customizable keyboard, we designed every component to be easily assembled so you can customize and adjust any or every parts the way you want.
2.4 GHz & Bluetooth Connection
Experience peak gaming performance with 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity and a rapid 1000 Hz polling rate. For seamless multitasking across your computer, phone, and tablet, you can easily connect the V3 Max to up to three devices via Bluetooth 5.1.
Dual Receivers
For a better 2.4 GHz wireless experience, the V3 Max is equipped with both a Type-C and a Type-A receiver. Enjoy quick plug-and-play times. Alternatively, store them in the keyboard's magnetic storage slot in the top right corner.
An Epic Core Inside The Keyboard
A powerful ARM architecture MCU equipped with 256K Flash will provide more flexibility for developers. The polling rate is 1000 Hz right out of the box, which makes the latency hardly noticeable even in competitive gaming.
OSA Profile Double-shot PBT Keycaps
These double-shot PBT keycaps have a similar height to the OEM profile and have an SA-like shape. We named it the OSA (OEM Spherical Angled) keycap. The PBT keycaps will provide excellent oil resistance, enhance the typing feel, and prevent the legends from fading.
Switch Layouts Between macOS and Windows
The Keychron V3 Max is designed with the Mac user experience in mind while still retaining compatibility for Windows devices, coming with a system toggle and an additional set of customized keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems. Now you can save two different layouts on the keyboard, one for each system.
Gasket Mount Design
By adopting a gasket-mounted design along with a PC (Polycarbonate) plate, the V3 Max reduces acoustic resonance, providing a softer, quieter typing experience while enhancing flexibility.
As the VIA code for the V3 Max is still awaiting approval from Github, it is not yet automatically recognized. Please download the corresponding keyboard mapping JSON file below, open VIA, turn on "Show Design tab" on the "Settings" tab, and then drag the JSON file onto the "Design" tab on VIA to get the V3 Max keyboard mapping working on VIA.
Hot-swappable Support
The hot-swappable sockets are mounted on the PCB, so you can install or change the switches without soldering. The PCB supports both 3-pin and 5-pin MX mechanical switches.
South-Facing RGB LED Lights
The south-facing RGB LED is designed to better illuminate the keyboard backlight from the typist’s angle with the premium non-shine-through PBT keycaps installed. The south-facing RGB is also free from interference when the users install OEM or Cherry-profile alternative keycaps on the keyboard.
Gateron Jupiter Switch
Our exclusive Gateron Jupiter mechanical switches (for the fully assembled version only) are designed with a 3-pin design, its pre-lubed meets the reliable Gateron quality standard with up to 80 million keystrokes lifespan. While its unique LED diffuser design offers high RGB backlight transmittance and a softer backlight effect. The banana switch offers an early tactile bump at the top, like the panda switch in the market, providing a unique and smooth experience.
Screw-in PCB Stabilizers
Even the smallest part matters to your fingertip feel. We’ve integrated the PCB-mounted screw-in stabilizers for a smoother typing experience, reducing the wobble on large keys such as the space bar, shift, enter, and delete. The Keychron V3 Max also supports third-party screw-in PCB stabilizers.
