This powerful ARM Cortex-M4 chip (MCU) with 256K flash provides greater flexibility for developers. Its polling rate reaches 1000 Hz out of the box in 2.4 GHz wired mode (90 Hz in Bluetooth mode), making latency almost imperceptible even in competitive gaming.

Double Gasket Design
The double gasket design is an innovative structure in the industry. In addition to the gaskets on the plate, we have added silicone pads between the top and bottom cases to significantly reduce acoustic resonance between metals and minimize noise from metal-on-metal collisions.
Experience a higher level of key acoustics and comfort with the gasket-mounted design and flexible PC (polycarbonate) bottom plate. This design combination ensures the flexibility of the keyboard gasket structure and enhances the overall typing sound.

It features a system toggle switch and comes with a set of customizable keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems. Now, you can save two different layouts on your keyboard, one for Windows and one for macOS.

PCB Stabilizers
Every detail matters for fingertip feel. We integrated screw-in stabilizers on the PCB to reduce wobbling of large keys like the spacebar, Shift, Enter, and Delete, resulting in a smoother typing experience. You can even customize your preferred stabilizers.

A personalized typing experience, where every detail is crucial, so we give you control. All switches on the Q5 Max are hot-swappable, compatible with almost all 3-pin and 5-pin MX switches on the market (including Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, Panda, etc.), no soldering required. In just a few seconds, customize your exclusive typing experience.
Backlight
South-facing RGB
Offers 22 RGB backlight settings. You can also further fine-tune RGB hue, saturation, brightness, effect speed, and different modes, and even remap these keys, through the Keychron Launcher web app.
Gateron Jupiter Mechanical Switches
Our exclusive Gateron Jupiter mechanical switches (full assembly version only) feature a 3-pin design and are pre-lubed, meeting Gateron's consistent quality standards with a lifespan of up to 80 million keystrokes. Their unique LED diffuser design provides high RGB backlight transparency and a softer backlighting effect.
The banana switch offers a clear tactile bump at the top, delivering a smooth key experience similar to popular panda switches on the market.
