With the first-invented double-rail structure and special pre-lubrication, these switches ensure unprecedented stability and smoothness.
Equipped with the finest magnetic sensor, with a sensitivity of just 0.1 mm, to provide more precise feedback. You can customize the actuation points and assign multiple actions to a single key based on your personalized travel depth, enhancing your gaming experience and providing a customized typing feel.
Adjustable Actuation Points
Customize each key with ultra-precise 0.1 mm sensitivity and adjustable actuation points ranging from 0.2 to 3.8 mm. Set the actuation point to 0.8 mm or 1.0 mm for shorter triggers and increased sensitivity. It resets as soon as the key is released, ensuring faster responses.
Dynamic Rapid Triggering
Activate or deactivate a key based on travel distance instead of a fixed point. They activate precisely when pressed and deactivate when released, allowing for instant key repetition in mod-motion. This enables you to execute a series of actions in rapid succession during gameplay.
Multiple Actions with One Key
Assign four actions to a single key based on pressing depth. For example, a light press on a key in-game can make you walk forward, while a harder press makes you run. Additionally, a two-stage setting is supported for releasing the key. This enables smoother, personalized combinations, giving you an edge in competitive gaming.
Program with QMK and Launcher.
The open-source QMK firmware means endless possibilities for key remapping, macros, shortcuts, and more. Now you can easily customize every key with the Keychron Launcher web app. With the Keychron Launcher web app, you can effortlessly remap keys, adjust actuation points, set up magnetic switches, and create personalized macro commands, shortcuts, and key combinations for each key.

The Q5 HE’s 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity with a rapid 1000 Hz polling rate allows you to experience the best gaming performance in real-time. For seamless multitasking across your computer, phone, and tablet, you can effortlessly connect the Q5 HE with up to three devices via Bluetooth 5.2.

To build a fully customizable keyboard, we designed every component to be easily assembled. Therefore, you can customize and adjust each component as you wish.
Double-Gasket Design
The silicone pads between the top and bottom cases reduce acoustic resonance, maintaining gasket flexibility and enhancing typing sound. The keyboard's bottom features sound-absorbing foam, a PET film, and latex, improving acoustics while offering a more comfortable typing experience.
An Epic Core Inside the Keyboard
A powerful chip (MCU) with 256K flash memory and QMK open-source firmware provides more flexibility for developers. The polling rate is 1000 Hz out of the box in Type-C wired mode and 2.4 GHz mode, which helps a lot in competitive gaming.
Suits All Devices
The Q5 HE is designed with Mac users’ experience in mind while still retaining compatibility for Windows devices, with a system toggle switch and an additional set of customized keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems. You can now save two different layouts on the keyboard, one for each system.
OSA Profile Double-shot PBT Keycaps
With its height similar to the OEM profile and SA-like shape, we name it the OSA (OEM Spherical Angled) keycap. The PBT keycaps will provide excellent oil resistance, enhance the typing feel, and prevent the legends from fading out.
Hot-swappable
Unlike mechanical switches that rely on physical contact, Hall effect magnetic switches use magnets to detect key presses. Swapping the switch with compatible Hall effect magnetic switches is effortlessly easy.

South-facing RGB LED Lights
The south-facing RGB is designed to better illuminate the keyboard backlight from the typist’s angle with the premium non-shine-through PBT keycaps installed. The south-facing RGB is also free from interference when the user installs Cherry-profile alternative keycaps on the keyboard.
New Screw-In PCB Stabilizers
The screw-in design increases stability and makes changes and upgrades easier. The exquisite craftsmanship makes the stabilizers more stable and less wobbly. The typing experience on the large keys (space bar, shift, enter, and backspace) is now more stable and smooth.
