Delivery

Your order will be shipped within 30 - 60 business days of receiving payment.

However, it may take additional time or days to ship the item of order-made production rather than the above schedule when the wood is out of stock due to supply and high demand or some related issue like bad weather / natural disaster or other unexpected factors that occur.

Shipping Fee

All local orders will be charged a shipping fee, which depends on the location, ranging from HK$500 - $800, including installation fees.

Returns

 No returns accepted. Returns are not accepted.

Delivery Terms

  1. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us 3 days in advance of any changes to the delivery schedule.

  2. If the wood is out of stock due to high supply and demand or some related issues (such as bad weather/natural disasters or other unexpected factors), it may take additional time or days to ship custom-made items beyond the above schedule.

  3. Delivery service is not available in the following areas: Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, and Tai O. Since our vehicles are not authorized to reach Shek O Tai Long Wan Village, customers must pick up their goods at a designated location.

  4. If you are not at home during delivery, a handling fee of HK$1,000 - $1,600 will be charged for rescheduling. If the recipient is unable to accept delivery at the specified time, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee.

  5. For smaller items, self-pickup is available at our warehouse or showroom. Please contact us for details.

  6. Homemade reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse delivery of goods to any customer.

  7. If furniture is difficult to enter your apartment via the elevator upon delivery, and the delivery process is completed via stairs under non-hazardous conditions, an additional fee per order will need to be quoted.
