  Return/Exchange Services

  1. Shipping Fee: $500 per trip.
  2. Repackaging Fee: 30% of the product price.
  3. Administration Fee: $250.
  4. Disposal Fee: $500 per item (subject to change based on actual circumstances).
  5. Other Fees: Confirmed based on the actual condition of the returned product.

  1. Free Delivery Areas: Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories. (Remote areas may be subject to change based on actual circumstances)

  2. Surcharge Areas:

    • Ma Wan: Add $200
    • Tung Chung: Add $200
    • Discovery Bay: Add $450

  3. Stair Carry Fee:

    • If stairs are involved, a stair carry fee will be charged for 3 steps or more. 16 steps count as one floor, and the fee is $200/floor. For less than 3 steps, whether a fee is charged will be determined based on the situation.
    • If pushing a cart for more than 50 meters is required, an additional $100 per item will be charged (actual fee depends on the situation).

  4. Rescheduling Delivery Fee:

    • If delivery cannot be made on the scheduled day or if cancellation is not notified 1 working day in advance, an additional fee of $200/item will be charged.
    • If round-trip transportation is required, the fee is $500 (two trips in total).

  5. Rescheduling Installation Service Fee: If installation is required on a day other than the delivery day, an additional $150/visit will be charged.
