Cheung Sha Wan - AVA 61

This 232 sq ft unit at AVA 61 in Cheung Sha Wan holds the owner's relaxed and comfortable daily life. The designer created a Japanese minimalist style throughout the entire house, using a large amount of light wood and white, and also applied the golden ratio of colors and sliding doors to make the unit appear spacious.

The owner wanted a space for relaxation, so the designer placed a large beanbag in the unit, allowing the owner to rest and read at home as they please, while maintaining an open feel within the space.
