您的訂單將在收到付款後 30 - 60 個工作日內發貨。

However, it may take additional time or days to ship the item of order-made production rather than the above schedule when the wood is out of stock due to supply and high demand or some related issue like bad weather / natural disaster or other unexpected factors that occur.

運費

所有本地訂單將收取運費，運費視地點而定，由 HK$500 - $800 包括安裝費用。

All local shipping will be charged, shipping depends on location, from HK$500 - 800 including installation fee.

退貨

 不接受退貨 Returns are not accepted.

送貨細則

  1. 客戶有責任提前 3 天通知我們交貨時間表的任何更改。

  2. 如果由於供應和需求旺盛或某些相關問題（如惡劣天氣/自然災害或其他意外因素）而導致木材缺貨，則可能需要額外的時間或天數來運送訂單生產的物品而不是上述時間表。

  3. 以下地區不提供送貨服務：梅窩、貝澳、長沙、塘福、水口、石壁、寶蓮寺及大澳。由於我們的車輛未經許可無法到達石澳大浪灣村，客戶必須到指定地點取貨。

  4. 如果您在送貨時不在家，將因重新安排而收取 HK$1,000 - $1,600 的手續費。如果收件人無法在指定的交付時間接受交付，我們保留收取額外交付費用的權利。

  5. 對於體積較小的物品，可在我們的倉庫或陳列室自行取貨。請聯繫我們了解詳情。

  6. Homemade保留絕對自行決定拒絕向任何客戶交付貨物的權利。

  7. 如果家具在交付時難以通過電梯進入您的公寓，交付過程在非危險條件下通過樓梯完成，每個訂單的額外費用將需要報價。
