您的訂單將在收到付款後 30 - 60 個工作日內發貨。

All local orders will be charged for shipping, depending on the location, from HK$500 - $800 including installation.

送貨細則

    1. 客戶有責任提前 3 天通知我們交貨時間表的任何更改。
    2. 如果由於供應和需求旺盛或某些相關問題（如惡劣天氣/自然災害或其他意外因素）而導致木材缺貨，則可能需要額外的時間或天數來運送訂單生產的物品而不是上述時間表。
    3. 以下地區不提供送貨服務：梅窩、貝澳、長沙、塘福、水口、石壁、寶蓮寺及大澳。由於我們的車輛未經許可無法到達石澳大浪灣村，客戶必須到指定地點取貨。
    4. 如果您在送貨時不在家，將因重新安排而收取 HK$1,000 - $1,600 的手續費。如果收件人無法在指定的交付時間接受交付，我們保留收取額外交付費用的權利。
    5. 對於體積較小的物品，可在我們的倉庫或陳列室自行取貨。請聯繫我們了解詳情
    6. Homemade保留絕對自行決定拒絕向任何客戶交付貨物的權利。
    7. 如果家具在交付時難以通過電梯進入您的公寓，交付過程在非危險條件下通過樓梯完成，每個訂單的額外費用將需要報價。
1. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us 3 days in advance of any changes to the delivery schedule.2. If the wood is out of stock due to high supply and demand or some related issues (such as bad weather/natural disasters or other unexpected factors), it may take additional time or days to ship the order produced items than the above schedule .3. Delivery service is not available in the following areas: Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery and Tai O. As our vehicles cannot reach Big Wave Bay Village in Shek O without permission, customers must pick up the goods at the designated location.4. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a handling fee of HK$1,000 - $1,600 will be charged for rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge additional delivery charges if the recipient is unable to accept delivery at the specified delivery time.5. For smaller items, self-collection is available in our warehouse or showroom. Please contact us for details.6. Homemade reserves the right to refuse delivery to any customer at its absolute discretion.7. If the furniture is difficult to access by elevator to your apartment when delivered, the delivery process is done by stairs in non-hazardous conditions, an additional fee per order will be quoted.
