Delivery Charge (Sales amount below $3,000)

All delivery services are restricted to the following conditions:

• In case you are not home at the point of delivery, a HKD 200 fee will be charged to reschedule.
• Walk-up surcharge per itemshall apply for delivery locations with staircase entrance only or item(s) not transportable using the lift at your residential building because of its size.

Delivery Charge (Sales amount over $3,000) -- Free

(Except Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Park Island)

For buildings without lift or for product that can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge as below table(Depends on the order quantity, please contact KLT for quote).

Delivery Service Arrangement

• Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, road which prohibited truck weighted 5.5 tones (Hong Kong) or above, apartment under renovation, exhibition site, warehouse, hotel, boat house/boat, construction site, container terminal, addresses where goods delivery have to go through the balcony.
• Service covers addresses only within a 100m parameter of the unloading point. For addresses outside the prescribed scope > 100m, HKD$200 surcharge will be collected and receipt will be provided by KLT authorized delivery service provider.
• In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding or blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. KLT will contact the affected customer via phone for rescheduling of delivery.
• No returns are accepted. If the product has quality problems due to factory defects, customers must contact KLT before signing the receipt documents. If KLT confirms that the quality problems are caused by factory defects, KLT will arrange further inspections, and products that have been replaced by parts will not be replaced.

Quality issues do not include the following situations:

• There are differences between the goods and the photos due to the natural characteristics of the materials or the materials made by humans, such as color difference, leather grain, wood grain and fabric carding.
• Damage caused by improper installation, use, storage or accident, as well as normal wear and tear.
• Goods that customers have installed, disassembled, modified, and moved by themselves.
• If the customer discovers that the product has quality problems due to factory defects after signing the receipt documents, and even needs to replace parts or repair, the customer must bear the freight.
• Delivery on Monday to Saturday office hours(9am to 6pm)
• No Delivery on Sundays and public holidays
• KLT reserves the right to make the final decision on all inspection fees, transportation fees or demolition fees to be collected.
• All the dimensions approximation, please allow 1mm to 3mm difference.
• KLT reserves the right to correct errors and misprints and to change product specifications.

所有送貨服務均限於以下條件：

• 如果您在送達時不在家裡，我們將收取$200港幣的費用以重新安排行程。
• 每件物品的上門附加費應適用於僅帶樓梯入口的送貨地點，或由於其尺寸而無法在您的住宅樓使用電梯運輸的物品

如沒有電梯的大廈或只能通過樓梯進入的產品，將收取額外的運費(收費如下,視乎數量，如果有任何問題，請聯繫KLT。)

送貨服務安排需知

1. 未能提供送貨服務地區包括: 禁區、5公噸或以上貨車不能進入的路段、展覽場地、倉庫、酒店、裝修單位、船屋/船、地盤、貨櫃碼頭、貨品須經露台懸掛入屋內或現場環境不容許運送所購買之貨品的地點。如須送貨至客運碼頭，顧客須自行安排海路運送及貨物上落事宜
2. 送貨服務收費為卸貨點至送貨地址之間的100米範圍內，否則委派之送貨隊將直接收取港幣$200 之搬運費，並提供收據。

所有運輸服務是由KLT安排，如在送貨當日，送貨地址無人應門，因需再次安排送貨，會收取送貨費用$200,視付地區而定。

• 由於運送服務是以外判形式安排，所有因運送過程及安裝時所導致的損壞(包括送貨地址的大廈設施、客戶之家居設施、裝修及用品)，客戶須自行與運輸人員商討解決方案，KLT將不會參與其中。
• 如送貨當天遇上惡劣天氣，嚴重水浸，道路阻塞或封閉，送貨服務將有可能延誤或暫停。我們會以電話聯絡顧客再作安排。
• 如送貨地址與允許停車位置, 相距超過一條街或100米為一個單位以上路程，運送服務將會另加費用(收取$200)。

不接受退貨。如貨品因出廠缺陷而導致品質問題，顧客須於簽署收貨文件前與KLT聯絡，如KLT確認是因出廠缺陷而導致品質問題，KLT會安排進一步的檢查，而已更換零件維修之產品不設換貨或退款。
